(Please be aware that returns without a valid Return Authorisation Number issued by our Client Services Team cannot be accepted).


Incorrect or Faulty Deliveries

In cases where you receive goods that are faulty or have been delivered as substitutes without your explicit consent, you have the option to return them for a replacement or refund within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Upon verification, you will be provided with a Return Authorisation Number, and our service representative will coordinate the product's return through a collection organised by us. Following an inspection of the item upon its return, you will have the choice of receiving a refund, replacement, or an alternative, according to your preference.


Warranty Matters

While it is rare and unfortunate, products may occasionally develop faults after extended use. Unless stated otherwise, all products sold by us are backed by a manufacturer's warranty, typically lasting at least one year.


For items beyond 14 days old that require warranty assistance, the manufacturer's warranty terms apply. We kindly request that you contact our Client Services Team via email at support@adidashardware.store (office hours: 10:00 – 18:00 Mon - Fri) to obtain information on the specific manufacturer's procedures for addressing warranty issues related to your product.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We recognise that making online product selections can be challenging at times. To address this, we extend a 'no-fuss' money-back guarantee to all our products. You have the flexibility to change your mind for any reason, provided you return the products in new condition at your own expense.


Please take note of the following exceptions to our 30-day money-back guarantee:

  •  Certain items, such as swimwear, bras, underwear, chest straps, gum shields, and certain other items, cannot be returned to us for hygiene reasons unless they are deemed faulty and have been assigned a valid returns authorisation number.
  • Our 30-day money-back guarantee does not cover installed and assembled machines.

The money-back guarantee period offered by us spans 30 days, commencing from the day following the receipt of the ordered goods, or any longer duration stipulated in the product description.

We strive to expedite refund processing, with most refunds typically issued within a few days. However, under the Money Back Guarantee, your refund will be processed within 30 days of us being notified of the cancellation.


Please be mindful that you have a statutory responsibility to maintain the unwanted goods in your possession, and any products to be returned under our money-back guarantee policy must be preserved in 'as new' condition.

If you are returning a product under the 30-day money-back policy, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please be aware that the return of large, bulky items may incur fees exceeding £200, contingent on the chosen carrier.
