Please take note that this offer is applicable to orders exceeding £15 and is valid for most Mainland UK postcodes encompassing Scotland, England, and Wales. It's important to be aware that a delivery charge may apply to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Islands (including the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Lewis, and Orkney), and specific other UK regions subject to a carrier excess charge.
Our complimentary delivery service operates during the week, from Monday to Friday, within the hours of 08:00 to 18:00. In select cases, Saturday deliveries may be available for certain products, possibly incurring an additional fee.

Goods Receiving Protocol
For most deliveries, a signature will be required upon receipt. In such instances, please diligently inspect the delivery for any indications of potential damage before signing to confirm receipt in good condition.
Occasionally, heavier items may exhibit outer packaging damage during transit. In most cases, this will not affect the actual goods, as the packaging will have effectively served its primary purpose of safeguarding your order.
In the unlikely event that you receive a parcel with obvious, unacceptable damage, please decline acceptance of the delivery and promptly notify us at support@adidashardware.store, specifying the reason for refusal.
We will then expedite the resolution of the issue in the most efficient manner possible. Fortunately, occurrences of such nature are exceedingly rare.
Delivery Procedures
Our goal is to ensure swift delivery of all orders, with the majority of small items typically arriving within 2-3 working days.
On rare occasions, there may be delays in stock availability. Should this occur, we will promptly reach out to inform you of the delay or suggest a suitable alternative.
We endeavor to deliver all orders within a maximum timeframe of 30 days from the date of your order placement. In the event that any of the items you ordered are out of stock, we will promptly communicate this to you.

For items exceeding 30kg in weight, we may employ a dedicated two-person delivery service to ensure the safe arrival of your order. In such cases, our delivery team will establish contact with you to mutually arrange a convenient delivery date before processing your order.
